  If the third one starts

There will be no fourth one on this space

  Study of life

There is a lot to be learnt

You will burn on and on

  Once you have completed

No more life so and so

  The Burning Desire

  May 12, 2013 at 7:12pm

I’ve been waiting so long for this day

  Waited so patiently

  To fulfill the destiny

  My burning desire

I have done everything I can

  With my maximum effort

  To travel through the road

  My burning desire

I have made so many sacrifices

  One way or the other

  To overcome the obstacles

  My burning desire

I have taken the toughest decisions

  One would dare to make

  To achieve what I need

  My burning desire

Yet, there is nothing to do

  Like it or not

  When one’s done, another comes

  My burning desire

  The odD One

  July 2, 2013 at 9:29am

  I don’t understand

  These people I love

  People I care about

  When I show them love

They take it as a joke

  When they show me love

  I’m not absorbed anymore

  When I teach them something

  They totally can’t understand

  Someone else teaches them

  They show their interest

The most lovable person on earth

Hangout with the least person I like

I don’t know why they don’t see what I see

What comes next and what brings trouble

The way they look at me

Is like I am the odd one

Like I don’t fit with them

Yes, I don’t have my own car

Nor any other paper written my name

Or an account filled with dollars

But I have something what most people don’t

  Right inside my chest

Too bad those others can’t see it

I have patience, I surely can wait

Till someone to find what is inside

And say that I am not the one who’s odd

  But they are,

And they are the one who make things wrong

The Ostrich who complained the God

  January 18, 2013 at 10:12pm

All of my fellow friends are flying but not me

I have strength, but not enough long wings

May be God must have been made a mistake

He might have forgotten to make my wings better

My friends say ‘we can see the whole world up there’

May be it’s time for me to have a word with the creator

‘Why, God why I don’t have wings like those who fly?’

‘Why, God why I can’t fly so high?’

‘Why, God why I am different than others of my kind?’

‘Why, God why you don’t make me right?’

Once I have done my crying

He replied me with an answer I have never expected

I turned back and went to see my kind

And when they asked, ‘What did the God say?’ I replied,

‘My dear Ostrich, I gave you a long neck

So you don’t need to fly so high to see the world’

‘My dear Ostrich, I gave you strong legs

So you can run anywhere on this world’

‘My dear Ostrich, I have given strength

  To stand up yourself’

‘My dear Ostrich, don’t worry about what you don’t have

But make a good use of what you already have’

  Officer: Name?

  Columbus: Christopher Columbus

Officer: Your purpose of visiting here?

  Columbus: I’m looking for India

Officer: Well there is no India here,

You may return to your country

Columbus: But I found this country

  Officer: Come again?

  Columbus: I…

  Officer:

  Mr. Columbus,

  This land belongs to people

People who were born with nature

And treat nature as their mother

This land belongs to our great ancestors

Great ancestors who were born with nature

And those who died with nature

  This land belongs to children

Children who are well-nurtured and mannered

For those who heir to the future

This land belongs to the world

World that we all have been heft for years

Like a father who gives his child a shoulder

This land belongs to those who deserve

Those who share what it has preserved

Equally, to everyone and all of us

This land belongs to you as well as us

You may share it, keeping the rights and trust

Don’t try to write it; neither it’s yours nor ours

  Till the Moment Comes

  May 12, 2013 at 8:21pm

  It’s a blessing

  No one knows the time

  But, why me?

  Why do I know mine?

  Though it is too late

To take all back, what I’ve done

Though there is no turning back

To re-write my fate, for the people I care about

  Missed my impish childhood

  Wasted my loving youth

  Hatred towards the old

  Like I never become one

  I wish I have a second chance

I wish I can erase my past

Spend some time with my wife and child

With my old parents, drink some wine

  Darkness arrives

  Dimming the light

  Till the sun goes down

  Till the moment comes

  It’s a pity

  No one knows the time

  If they do,

  They don’t have to whine

  Tragedy of Dollars

  May 29, 2013 at 6:53pm

  Hunger, cannot bear

  Thirst, cannot ignore

  Breath, cannot avoid

  Dollars, cannot deny

  Searching for money

  No plan to halt

  Reaching the top

  Making more foes

  Hunger for dollars

  More than the real

  No time for wife

  Or for the only child

  Thirst for money

  Always the same

  Never look down

  Path of the fame

  Breathing the greed

  No love to feed

  Feeding the sleaze

  No way to flee

  Search
for the dollars

  Halts when you halt

  All the money you earned

  Cannot buy what you want

  Learn from your hunger

  Feel how they feel

  Spare with those who need

  Feed them indeed

  Thirst will be the guidance

  Where you need to heed

  Everyone will timeworn

  Nobody can escape

  Breath is your serenity

  There is no hurry

  Spend time with family

  Share your love and bliss

What you think what you want in the beginning

Won’t need much when you reach the ending

What you take when you leave is what matters

Do what you please, spend good time, and smile with others

  We All are Grasshoppers

  March 11, 2014 at 2:42pm

  We all are grasshoppers

Who sing and play and dance

  Transfixed by blinded eyes

Unaware of what may come in days

Make use of what we have today

Not thinking of tomorrow or another day

What we see green we eat and destroy

And replace them with impenetrable decoys

Yet no hint of those wise ants

Who kept for them and for their lads

Of course, we'll think when the storm comes by

On that day, we all starve and die!

  Welcome to the Graveyard

  June 14, 2013 at 11:49am

  Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

  Welcome to the graveyard

  Good or bad

  Pick up a space

This will be your last chance

  Big or small

  Rich or poor

Tonight we share the same yard

  Black or white

  Brown or yellow

Share this pillow with all lads

  Young or old

  Skinny or tall

Today we see the same dream

  Higher or low

  Heavy or not

Now we are on the same place

  Grime or pure

  Choice is not yours

Together we face the same fate

  Cross or a circle

  Moon or the stars

Our journey ends on the same bed

  What If?

  September 23, 2013 at 4:23pm

What if your brother really hates you?

For a stupid little fight once you had

What if your brother really needs you?

Will you turn your back, like others in the end?

What if your sister cried for no reason?

And lied to your mother, afraid of beatings

What if she really cried because of people,

Who try to filth her pride and burn her future?

What if your father asked you a question, million times?

Would you blame him a deaf, who couldn’t hear?

What if he had repeated the words, million times?

Until you discourse the first word, that you ever learnt

What if your mother asked for another bread?

Would you shout out, ‘Well, isn’t that enough?’

What if she had fed you, empty stomach?

Just to keep you away from hunger

What if your grandpa, wants to open a jar,

Would you scold him for being so feeble?

What if he said, he lifted many heavy bags

Just to make sure, you carry your own school bag

What if your grandma wants to tell you a story?

Would you remind that she has already told it hundred times?

What if she told you, that the story she was telling,

Once told to her by her grandma, before she died?

What if your lover, waited for another kiss?

You didn’t see it, because you couldn’t read her eyes

What if she said, she is happy and pretend?

Would you be able to see her tears, under her smiles?

  What if your best
